Rapid Plant & Tool Hire Joins Hire Association Europe

Rapid Plant & Tool Hire is pleased to announce that we are now a member of Hire Association Europe (HAE), the trade association representing the hire industry.

Who are Hire Association Europe?

HAE is a long-established trade body for businesses that hire out plant, tools and equipment. Its members range from small independent hire companies to large national operators, and the association acts as a shared voice and point of contact for the industry. You can find out more on the HAE website.

Why it matters to us

We have been hiring plant and tools from our yard on Vicarage Road, Sittingbourne, since 1978. In that time the equipment, the regulations and our customers' expectations have all changed. Belonging to a recognised trade association helps us stay connected with the wider hire community and keep up to date with developments across the industry, rather than working in isolation.

Professionalism and customer service

Whether you are a contractor booking a mini digger or a homeowner hiring a floor sander for the weekend, you should expect well-maintained equipment, honest advice and a team that picks up the phone. Joining HAE is part of how we hold ourselves to that standard and keep looking for ways to do things better.

Building for the long term

We are an independent, family-owned business, and we intend to stay that way. Our membership reflects our commitment to developing Rapid Plant & Tool Hire steadily and responsibly, so we can keep serving trade and DIY customers across Sittingbourne and Kent for many years to come.
